Eero Aarnio's Copacabana Guitar for Lottonen

Designed by Eero Aarnio, The Copacabana Guitar is made in collaboration with Lottonen Guitars and is handmade by in Finland by Juha Lottonen. It's limited to 100 handmade guitars, and each is signed and numbered.

The Copa's truss rod cover and the control plates are exactly the same fiberglass as used in original Eero Aarnio´s Ballchair and Pastilchair (shown below).

The woods used in Copacabana Guitar are harvested from eco-friendly heat-modified Finnish woods.

Above: The CopaBucker pick up has a the second coil that is 1 – 1,5 kOhm more powerful. This is why the sound does not run away through the backstage and out the door when the pick up is split in half. Designed by Rami Hakala, Pickup Engineer of Mikki House.
